I have learned that living in Kansas you can experience all kinds of weather
during November. From beautiful crisp & cool fall weather to sunny and warm
summer weather and today, winter cold with snow and rain. I don't complain
because my whole family has looked forward to the first snow. Jasmine even
marked it on her calendar so she will not forget it even though it didn't
accumulate at all on the ground. The snow flakes were so beautiful. Anyway,
I did not intend to blog about the snow, actually quite the opposite I want to
write about our amazing week in November when we had temperatures in the
70's and we got to play everyday at the park. Our little ones loved playing tag,
swinging and sliding and I enjoyed our walks around the lake. We also got to
enjoy going to the theater as a family where we watched Cloudy With a Chance
of Meatballs. We have read the book several times so we had to see the movie.
It was a fun story that made me quite hungry for all kinds of goodies.

I am grateful for my health and for the chance I have to enjoy playing with my
children. I love being there for them every moment.
